Dear Prime Minister,
I felt compelled to write to you following your recent comments about public libraries, as it is a matter of grave concern that you seem to have little idea of what services these institutions actually provide.
It’s really easy to sit back and say “something should be done”, and much less easy to do something about it, let alone convince others that they should do something about it too. And even when an excellent campaign is put together, there’s still no guarantee that the recipients will do anything about it. Continue reading
